WE SPECIALIZE IN SUPPLYING PRECISION CUT ALLOY STEEL BLANKS TO THE MACHINING INDUSTRY

STRAIGHT  –   SQUARE –   EVEN  SAW CUT MATERIAL   +/- 1/64″

AIRCRAFT ALLOY STEELS :  4340 – 4330 – 4130

AS9100 CERTIFIED  – ALL MATERIAL MILL TRACEABLE

You’re ready for staging in your initial operation on your CNC mill or lathe. How often do you get stock aircraft steel from your material supplier,  only to find the stock is:

  • Crooked
  • Uneven
  • inconsistently cut

Material suppliers are in the business of providing material, not precision material. Any cutting operations performed performed are typically not the caliber needed for  on Typically suppliers of vacuum melted alloy steels are saw cutting or even worse flame cutting your material from larger bars or from plate.  Their cut’s are very uneven and crooked and if they flame cut material it must annealed to remove the hardened edge and then prep milled as well.

The cuts are so uneven that you wind up:

  • cutting air a good majority of the cycle time
  • sorting through inconsistenly cut material to find the shortest one, otherwise your facing ops don’t clean up.
  • or worse the material is undersize from you spec’d requirements and your material is scrap even before you cut it.

So now have to set up a new and unexpected prep-machining operation. Sure you can “program around” it, so you can have your hi-burden rate machine “cutting air”.

So you set up another prep milling op an a cheaper machine. More handling, more chance for error. More time. More money out of you pocket.

Or:

You can have material exactly as you spec it. The guesswork and the variables removed and you can get right to the business of cutting parts. Like it was planned. Like it was quoted.

Our specialty is taken rough cut stock and making it into ready made precision blanks- exactly as your methods department specs. This optimize the time you spend making parts.

  • No wasted air time.
  • No sorting through inconsistent saw cuts.
  • No undersized stock

How much easier would that make life?
